Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email address, message, and consent. An event RSVP may also collect party size and an optional public-attendance note. Spam-protection data is hashed and used only to limit abuse.

How information is used

Information is available only in the restricted owner management area and is used to respond to your inquiry or manage the named public event. It is not a membership record, dues record, petition, or application.

Retention and exports

The owner can review, export, and mark inquiries or RSVPs as handled. Site backups may include these records. We do not sell or publish inquiry information.

Photographs

Photographs uploaded for the community gallery remain private until they are reviewed and explicitly approved for publication, including a public caption and image description.
